The pictures do not do this wine tumbler justice. It is so sparkly and vibrant. I purchased this and a matching wine stopper for my mother in laws birthday. It came a few days after ordering with a card and wrapped in colorful paper. Absolutely beautiful! My mother in law loved it.

Seller sold damaged product knowingly. If I had looked (zoomed) in at close up I would have noticed obvious broken corner. Seller is very quick in responding. However she first stated “I can assure you that they were in solid condition when we sent them or else they definitely wouldn't have gone out”. When I stated back the package had no broken pieces she then changed her story “Ok, I see what you are talking about. All stone that we use is raw stone, meaning every single piece has its own personality. Attached is the listing photo which shows the corner”. She did offer refund but required me to send back; if I packaged the heavy stone coasters for return from Fl I would end up with less than 1/2 of what I paid. Not worth the effort. So buyers beware. Zoom every inch of product.

I rate customer satisfaction at 100%+ Shop owner response is excellent, product quality is the best, and issues are resolved quickly. I mistakenly gave this shop owner the wrong address and when the product was returned to her, she quickly corrected my mistake and sent the gift on its way. I strongly recommend this Etsy shop for quality service and products.

The sign is a perfect decoration for my entry way wall during Halloween! It came quickly and can go on a wall or stand on it's own!
